God

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. each possessing all the attributes of deity, being equal in power and glory.

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ was miraculously conceived by the Holy Spirit and experienced a virgin birth. He lived a sinless life and after His sacrificial death for all mankind was physically resurrected. He is now in Heaven interceding for all believers and will one day return to earth in power and glory.

We believe in the Holy Spirit, who among His various ministries, creates new spiritual life. He lives in the life of all who profess faith in Christ, makes holy, guides and empowers all believers. Through His gifts He equips all believers for ministry in the church and to the world.

The Bible

We believe in the Bible as God’s inspired word, without error in the original documents, and is the final authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

Salvation By Grace

We believe in the salvation of lost and sinful people through God’s grace, and not by human effort. Salvation occurs by an act of personal repentance and faith in Jesus Christ alone.

After This Life

We believe in the physical resurrection both of the saved and the lost; the saved to enjoy eternal fellowship with God and the lost to experience eternal separation from God.

Baptism and Communion

We believe in water baptism by immersion and an open communion table for all believers in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Our Values

We value our relationship with Jesus Christ because knowing God is our highest priority and it is the foundation upon which all else is built.

We value the Word of God which exposes people to a course of action as well as to a body of truth.

We value worship that is intimate, dynamic, relevant, honours God, desires to experience His presence and encourages us to offer our whole lives in worship to Him.

We value prayer as a means of knowing God, and desire to see God’s purpose fulfilled through it in our lives and in everything we do as a church family.

We value relationships with each other because not only are we all a part of God’s family but we want to commit ourselves to what He is committed to – growing a healthy body. To that end, we desire to have open and genuine relationships which are built on God’s love, mutual responsibility and faithfulness.

We value ministry that places our highest priority of knowing God put into action. We do this by extending the love and mercy of God in practical and meaningful ways which stimulates our own spiritual growth and encourages others to enter into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
