What to Expect on a Sunday Morning

In days gone by, we would have told you about the warm handshakes for guests and hugs for old friends. This fall we are struggling to relearn how to function as followers of Jesus.

What we do know is that Courtenay Fellowship Baptist Church is a diverse, inter-generational growing family of Christ followers. We expectantly pursue Gospel Transformation in all of life.

This fall, we are meeting Sunday mornings through 3 seperate in-person gatherings.

9:00 am

  • Auditorium
  • Preference for senior and the vulnerable with extra sanitization
  • A short traditional hymn sing followed by a sermon

11:00 am

  • Auditorium
  • Sing along with a band
  • We are exploring what nursery/toddle care and Kids' Quest (K - gr.5) looks like for this fall

11:15 am

  • Gymnasium (parking and entry around back)
  • A host will lead in interactive ways to build faith followed by tuning into the singing and sermon upstairs
